Dr. Redwan Ahmed is a Bangladeshi politician and the Secretary General of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). He has been elected as a Member of the National Parliament four times and served as the State Minister for the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs. He founded Chandina Redwan Ahmed University College. As a businessman, he was the president of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association and signed memorandums of understanding with UNICEF and the International Labour Organization for the elimination of child labor.
